The company adheres to the green development concepts of light weight, high efficiency, low noise and resource conservation, and successfully applies natural plant fibers, water-based coatings and "Boli Vision" products to the rail transit field. The efficiency of traction fans and auxiliary variable fans is more than 10% higher than that of similar fans, and the noise is 3-5dB(A) lower than that of similar fans, thus realizing the sustainable development of environmental friendliness and resource conservation.

 

 

        1. high efficiency and low noise fan

The average efficiency of HXD1 and HXD3 locomotive traction fans developed by Liancheng Group has been increased by more than 20%, energy consumption has been saved by more than 25%, noise has been reduced by more than 3dB, and has reached the international leading level through the appraisal of provincial scientific and technological achievements. After the operation assessment of the user's Hudong locomotive depot, the appraisal of the results has reached the leading level in the railway industry.

 

        2. high-efficiency low-noise lightweight cooling system

The new generation of cooling device developed by Liancheng Group, through technologies such as system aerodynamic optimization, bionic noise reduction, enhanced heat transfer, application of new materials, etc., makes the fan full pressure efficiency of the cooling system reach 82%, the power consumption is less than 4.5kVA, the low-speed average sound pressure level is as low as below 68dB(A), and the weight (950kg) is reduced by about 10%. At present, it has been loaded and operated on the Mireo platform of Siemens regional train, it has reached the international leading level.
