In Zhuzhou, Hunan, "Tian Xin Dun" ("Dun" refers to a large and flat area) is located in a 100 billion-level advanced rail transit industry cluster. In the past, we could only repair imported steam locomotives, but now we can independently manufacture series of trunk electric locomotives, "Fuxing" EMUs, maglev trains ...... The vicissitudes of Zhuzhou's "Tianxin" advanced rail industry cluster is a powerful footnote to China's advanced manufacturing "Phoenix Nirvana. Recently, Banyuetan reporters walked into "Tian Xin" to explore the source power of forging rail transit equipment manufacturing, a "national business card.
Start, self-reliance industry to serve the country
On the eve of this year's National Day, with the command issued by the dispatching center, the first "Phoenix Maglev" train independently developed by CRRC was put on line for trial run. The "Phoenix Maglev" with 3-section grouping has the advantages of green, safe, frictionless, and silent. It uses a large area of sightseeing glass, equipped with large luggage storage, wireless charging and other facilities to enhance the ride experience and comfort.
On July 20 this year, CRRC undertook the development of a high-speed maglev transportation system with completely independent intellectual property rights, which was launched in Qingdao. The cool sci-fi appearance is amazing to the world. Compared with the traditional "wheel-rail" high-speed rail, the high-speed maglev train has no wheel-rail friction when it "floats", and has the advantages of fast speed, high safety, and strong climbing power, which represents an important direction for the development of high-speed rail in the future.
On June 25 this year, the Lalin Railway was officially opened for operation, and the Fuxing Plateau dual-source power centralized EMU, known as the "Plateau Hulk", also met with the public. The successful operation of the Lalin Railway is inseparable from the high adaptability of the "Plateau Hulk" to the special operating environment of the plateau.
Behind these land transportation "milestones", you can always find "Tian Xin people. In CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Machinery, all kinds of advanced trains that are about to roll off the assembly line at home and abroad are arranged into a majestic "military array", and "China's advanced manufacturing shock wave" is coming; in CRRC Zhuzhou Institute and CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Machinery, The dazzling intelligent production equipment is producing various precision equipment and core components at full load; in CRRC Zhuzhou and Hunan Liancheng, related products play a pivotal role in the development of advanced rail transit system......
Ke Yinuo, a senior expert at CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, told Banyuetan that if China wants to build railways in the central and western regions, especially in mountainous areas, it must replace steam locomotives and diesel locomotives with electric locomotives with stronger environmental adaptability and transportation capacity.
Sixty years ago, Koinuo responded to the call of the state and participated in the construction of "Tian Xin". "A pole carrying simple luggage, tossed and ran into the 'Tianxin', a small mountain depression. It's been 60 years since I knew it!" Ke Yino said that the original builders of "Tian Xin" did not expect that today it can become a "locomotive" leading the high-end equipment of China's rail transit ".
At the beginning of "Tian Xin", it caught up with the Sino-Soviet friendship. At that time, China's electric locomotives had just come out and were still in the primary imitation stage. Due to the "congenital deficiencies" in design and technology, only one locomotive can be produced in the initial year, and there are many failures and the service life is not long. The 90-kilometer LTL train from Baoji to Qinling takes 24 hours one way because it needs to stop, unload and load frequently. But even for such "turtle speed, short distance" trains, early domestic electric locomotives can only be used as "auxiliary machines" for imported electric locomotives ".
Gao Peiqing, a senior expert in "Tian Xin", said that in order to overcome the problem of electric locomotive failure, he and several colleagues observed, recorded and tested the car for several months.
Generations of "Tian Xinren" regard national and collective interests as supreme, and have a spirit of struggle that "success does not depend on me, does not fear failure, and never gives up": Liu Youmei, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, has been determined to lead the team in R & D and innovation for more than half a century and become one of the pioneers of China's railway electric traction technology and equipment. In order to break through a core technology, Ding Rongjun, the electronic components burned in the experiment in one year were loaded with a truck, but they did not give up until they conquered key technologies such as high-power conversion and successfully built IGBT Chinese core. Feng Jianghua and other scientific researchers either worked overtime day and night in the office, or braved wind, frost, rain, snow, cold and heat to record the test data with the car to observe the operation status of new technologies and equipment, finally, we have overcome the worldwide problems such as efficient control of high-speed and high-power density traction system, high-power vehicle-network stable power interaction, motor vibration and noise suppression, etc......
Soaring, persevering and accumulating
Since the 1970 s, as the situation has changed, "Tian Xin" has had more and more opportunities to contact the outside world. China's electric locomotive technology is progressing faster and faster.
In the late 1990 s, high-speed rail began to become the new goal of China's railway. Since 1998, the former Ministry of Railways has initiated the task of jointly developing high-speed trains with a speed of 200 kilometers per hour, and the "Tianxin" electric locomotive R & D and manufacturing cluster has undertaken this mission.
It took only one year from the time the target was determined to the first train. In March 1999, the 200 km/h electric train set "Great White Shark" was successfully trial-produced and was formally finalized as DDJ1. In August of the same year, the "Great White Shark" set an instant speed record of 223.2 kilometers per hour on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway. On September 27 of the same year, the "Great White Shark" was put into trial operation on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway, becoming the first commercial train in my country with a speed of 200 kilometers per hour. The industry generally agrees that "Great White Shark" is my country's first-generation high-speed electric EMU, and its commercial operation marks my country's real entry into the era of quasi-high-speed railway transportation.
Nearly three years after the "Great White Shark" was put into operation, under the unified deployment of the former Ministry of Railways, "Tian Xin" successively gave birth to three EMUs, "Blue Arrow", "Central Plains Star" and "China Star", and became the "Chinese EMU". Technical birthplace ".
"With the rich experience and technical ability accumulated by self-reliant research and development, we went out and introduced at the beginning of reform and opening up. Many technologies can be understood at a glance, and many problems can be quickly understood even without looking at the drawings." A senior expert said.
The Banyuetan reporter learned from CRRC Zhuzhou that in the 1990 s, my country introduced a type of electric locomotive from a certain western country, and as a result, the online operation failed one after another. Koyino was ordered to take two young assistants to find out the cause. They investigated, obtained evidence and analyzed against the severe cold, and came to an accurate conclusion. The foreign side admitted the design defect in front of the facts, agreed to replace the used old motor with the redesigned new motor, and compensated the Chinese side.
As we have accumulated enough independent experience in electric locomotives, high-speed trains and high-speed trains, China can have the confidence in international cooperation, quickly absorb advanced technology and achieve stronger and better localization in a short period of time. Taking introduction as a means, digestion as the goal, and innovation as the pursuit, "Tian Xin" has created an example of "blue is better than blue" along the road of "introduction, digestion and re innovation" of China's railway.
The reporter learned that as a leading enterprise in China's 100 billion rail transit equipment industry, CRRC Zhuzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. has exported its products, services and technology to more than 30 countries and regions on five continents, leading the world's rail transit equipment industry to develop in the direction of "green and intelligent; CRRC Zhuzhou Electric has developed a series of traction motors and traction transformer products including permanent magnet synchronous traction motors, which has solved the problem of localization of the" heart "of China's advanced rail equipment at one stroke. Zhuzhou Liancheng Group has developed from a labor service enterprise into an important member of the regional rail transit industry chain and an internationally renowned rail transit component development enterprise.
Nirvana, pioneering and innovative embrace the world
On a long test line in the factory area of "Tianxin", a maglev train to be delivered is being tested. In today's factory building where China Railway Zhuzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. produces advanced high-power heavy-duty electric locomotives and dual-energy subway maintenance vehicles, a yellowed black-and-white photo in the Wen Xuan column brings the reporter of Banyuetan back to 1936: the Zhuzhou-Shaoguan section of the Guangdong-Han Railway was opened to traffic, and Zhuzhou built a factory to repair imported steam locomotive heads.
In the "Tian Xin" interview, a lot of information can make people feel that China has been able to rely on its own technical strength to build a full system of high-speed rail, and it has firmly ranked first in the world in terms of high-speed rail equipment and infrastructure construction.
In the factory building of Zhuzhou Electric Company of CRRC, the half-moon reporter saw that the core power system of the 600-kilometer-per-hour high-speed maglev train was not a short cylindrical shape like the traction motors of trains such as "Harmony" and "Fuxing", but a continuous "U"-shaped long strip linear motor. It is matched with a continuous block-shaped suspension electromagnet.
He Yunfeng, director of the CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Maglev Products Research Institute, told Banyuetan reporters that the key to making the 600-kilometer-per-hour high-speed maglev train "run" lies in the linear motor. The high-speed maglev train uses a long stator linear motor as a strong power. The stator and rotor are respectively installed on the maglev track and the maglev train. The motor motor is directly driven by electromagnetic force. The electric energy is converted into the kinetic energy of the train, and the non-contact transmission force is used to guide and push the train to fly.
Will the high-speed maglev train run so fast out of control? He Yunfeng introduced, high-speed maglev train using "holding rail" mode of operation, traction power supply system arranged on the ground, the use of segmented power supply, the same power supply interval can only have a train running, the train basically no derailment and rear-end risk.
"Tian Xin" scientific and technical personnel said that China's advanced rail transit equipment has achieved full-spectrum independent research and development, and key technologies such as bogies, train network control, and car body manufacturing have been independently controlled. High-speed rail transit control system solutions can be provided according to different working conditions such as high cold, wind and sand, which can meet my country's complex natural climate conditions and ensure the stable and safe operation of high-speed rail.
