In the ventilation and cooling workshop of Liancheng Group, with integrated production and control, intelligent products and services as the core, and a production line combining numerical control equipment, robots, intelligent torque workstations and advanced information technology, network technology and professional industrial software, centralized process zoning, lean chemical position design and intelligent production and manufacturing are realized, which significantly improves production efficiency while reducing labor intensity and ensuring operation safety. In 2022, the "digital workshop for ventilation and cooling system components" was awarded the first batch of intelligent manufacturing benchmark workshops in Hunan Province.

At present, the intelligent production line has covered other workshops of the company, and the use of laser cleaning, automatic spraying production line, automatic welding, intelligent workstation and intelligent container has completely changed the traditional "pure manual operation" mode. Green products, widely used

Liancheng Group pays attention to the development of green ecological and environmental protection products, and has successfully developed a water-based coating with a perfect combination of green environmental protection and high performance, which has been applied to the interior products of China's first double-deck EMU exported to Europe, fully meeting the EU TSI railway standards.

In addition, Liancheng water-based coatings are also used in batches on Shenhua 24-axle electric locomotives and many urban rail vehicles such as Changsha and Wuxi. A batch of lightweight composite materials, high-efficiency and low-noise fans, non-metallic impellers and other key technologies and products with high efficiency and energy saving, lightweight energy saving, and green environmental protection have been put into batch use and achieved good results.

Liancheng Group built a distributed photovoltaic power station on the roof of the new park plant, with a total installed capacity of 7.07 MW. On March 6, the first phase of photovoltaic power generation was connected to the grid.

As of May 31, the first phase of the project has accumulated 670000 kilowatt-hours of power generation, 440000 kilowatt-hours of self-use, and the surplus power is connected to the Internet.

Green supply, joint construction on the chain
