On June 14, Liancheng Group held a post-doctoral opening report meeting. Postdoctoral Gong Wenjing successfully passed the opening report review.

An expert review group composed of Liu Yali and Chu Zonglin, professors of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Hunan University, Su Shengpei, professor of Hunan Normal University, Li Pengfei, director of CRRC Zhuzhou Machinery Industrial Design Institute, and Yang Qi, chief engineer of Liancheng Group, commented on the opening report.

Xu Zhao, director of the expert center of Hunan Provincial Department of human resources and social security, Xiao Yongmin, chairman of Liancheng group, Liu Zhaohui, Secretary of the Party committee, and Tan Yan, deputy general manager, attended the opening ceremony of the report meeting.

At the review site of the opening report, Gong Wenjing made a detailed opening report from the research background, research ideas and methods, experimental plan, annual research plan and expected research results. The purpose of this research project is to improve the weather resistance and anti-aging performance of water-based paint, improve the service life of water-based paint in harsh environment, so that it can be more widely used in the field of rail transit equipment and high-end equipment, and further promote the green development of the industry.

Gong Wenjing is the person in charge of a number of provincial-level water-based coating special projects and key anti-corrosion coating projects. The water-based coating developed by Gong Wenjing has the characteristics of high gloss, high fullness, high weather resistance, high corrosion resistance, and excellent workability. The water-based coating project for locomotives has been included in the "Hundred Key New Products Promotion Plan" in the industrial field of Hunan Province, and its technical level has reached the international advanced level, and has been widely used in high-end equipment.

The expert group conducted a full discussion on the feasibility of the research topic and answered questions on the spot, and agreed that the topic selection was advanced, and put forward scientific solutions to the problems in the rail transit industry, and agreed to open the topic.

In 2014, with the strong support and help of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Liancheng Group established a post-doctoral research mobile station collaborative research and development center, and cooperated with Central South University, Hunan University and other universities around talent cultivation, resource sharing, Multi-dimensional and in-depth cooperation in the transformation of scientific research results, etc, two postdoctoral fellows, Hou Zhiquan and Chen Wentao, who have already left the station, have made breakthroughs in forward-looking research fields such as rail transit diagonal fan design and eddy current damping technology, and have achieved results transformation.
