Officially Operate in Siege Section of Qinghai-Tibet Railway
On July 1, the new CR200J Fuxing EMU, jointly developed by CRRC Zhuji Company and CRRC Puzhen Company, was first bound for Golmud from Xining Station. The Fuxing EMU launched this time is a power-concentrated EMU that meets the needs of high altitude, large ramps, low temperature and other plateau and cold environments.
As a professional enterprise of rail transit equipment components, Liancheng Group actively participated in the development of components for the Fuxing EMU, and a number of core products equipped with pioneering technology were successfully loaded and applied.
In order to meet the continuous, stable and reliable operation of the motor car in the high altitude, high cold and strong ultraviolet environment of the snowy plateau, Liancheng Group has obtained the measured data of the high altitude working conditions through many on-site tests, adopted the ventilation and cooling technology of intelligent monitoring, and applied the fan with higher speed and stronger power to overcome the heat dissipation problem of the motor car traction motor operating under the condition of thin air and air density of only about 60% of the plain area.
In view of the strong wind and sand and complex air flow environment on the plateau, Liancheng Group has developed a wiper with carbon fiber material and anti-turnover design, which meets the weather resistance under high ultraviolet rays and enables the motor car to maintain a good view in severe climates such as wind and snow, sand and dust or sudden rainstorm.
In order to better protect the ecological environment of the plateau, Liancheng Group has specially developed more environmentally friendly water-based coatings with high weather resistance and low temperature resistance, which are applied in batches to all the outer carriages of plateau dual-source power trains produced by CRRC Zhuji, CRRC Puzhen and CRRC Dalian. The running "China Red", "Sophora japonica Green" and "Great Wall Grey" add beautiful colors to the happiness of the people's livelihood in the snow-covered plateau.
