"Hou Zhiquan Studio" is the first private enterprise non-party intellectual representative studio in the province promoted by the United Front Work Department of Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee focusing on the role of non-party people in private enterprises. The studio is composed of 11 non party personages, including doctors, senior engineers and returned overseas students. The team members have successively undertaken nearly 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects, including the national torch plan, the national key R & D plan and the key field R & D plan of Hunan Province. They have published more than 30 papers in well-known journals at home and abroad, obtained more than 90 patents, and won 14 scientific and technological awards such as Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award and Hunan Patent Award, Hunan Patent Award, all of them are experts and backbones in the field of technology and management of rail transit equipment components.
